If you later work with us on a loss, we may also collect documentation tied to that job, such as photos of the affected areas or insurance claim details you choose to share. Our website also uses basic analytics tools that record general visit data, such as which pages were viewed and how visitors found the site. We don’t use this analytics data to identify individual visitors.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule estimates and job walkthroughs, and prepare documentation for insurance claims when a loss is covered. If you ask us to coordinate directly with your insurance carrier or property manager, we use your contact and property details for that purpose only. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing campaigns or pass it along to third parties for their own promotional use.

We share your information only where it’s necessary to do the work you’ve asked us to do. That typically means your insurance carrier or adjuster, but only with your authorization, and only the details relevant to your claim. We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal information to data brokers or marketers. Outside of coordinating your service or claim, or where required by law, your information stays with us.

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions and project records for as long as reasonably needed to support the service relationship, respond to follow-up questions, and maintain records for insurance or accounting purposes. After that, information is deleted or archived in a way that limits ongoing access.
