About Touch of Class Cleaning and Restoration
Touch of Class Cleaning and Restoration has served Richardson since 2025. Meet our restoration team. Licensed, insured, locally owned.
Touch of Class Cleaning and Restoration started in 2025 with a simple premise: restoration work shouldn’t make a bad day worse. Water, fire, and storm damage all share one thing in common, they force homeowners to make decisions fast, often while still in shock. We built the company around being the calm, organized voice on the other end of that first phone call.
What we do
Most of our days don’t look like the stock photos. They look like a crawlspace that’s been wet for longer than anyone noticed, or a kitchen where a grease fire left soot clinging to every surface in the house. We walk in, document what we find, and explain in plain language what has to happen next, what can be saved, and what has to come out. A good chunk of the job happens before any equipment gets plugged in: photographing the loss, writing up moisture readings, and putting together the paperwork a homeowner’s insurance adjuster will actually want to see. We work inside the hours we keep, and we’re upfront with callers about when we can get someone on site, rather than making a promise we can’t back up.
Our certifications and licensure
Restoration isn’t a field where you can wing it and hope the drywall dries evenly. Industry standards like the IICRC’s S500 water damage guidelines exist because moisture that looks gone on the surface can still be saturating the framing underneath, and a rushed job just means mold shows up six weeks later. We structure our drying, documentation, and cleanup process around those established benchmarks, because that’s the difference between a house that’s actually dry and one that just looks dry on a moisture meter’s first pass. As we grow, so does our credentialing, and we’ll update this page as that happens rather than overstate where we are today.
Where we work
We’re based in Richardson, part of the North Texas metro where clay-heavy soil, long dry stretches followed by sudden downpours, and a mix of older slab homes and newer construction all create their own particular restoration headaches. Foundations shift, slab leaks go undetected for weeks, and summer storms can push water into places it’s never been before. We work throughout Richardson and the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth communities, and if a property is outside the range we can reasonably respond to, we’ll tell you that upfront instead of taking the job anyway.
