Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Touch of Class Cleaning and Restoration wants every visitor, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology, to be able to find our services and reach us when they need help with a water, fire, or mold loss. Accessibility isn’t a one-time fix for us; it’s something we try to keep in mind whenever we update this site.
Standard We’re Working Toward
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practical terms, that means working toward clear heading structure, sufficient color contrast, descriptive link and image text, and forms that can be completed and submitted using a keyboard alone. We build and review pages with screen-reader compatibility in mind, including the contact and estimate-request forms that homeowners and property managers use most.
Known Limitations
No website is perfect, and ours is no exception. If part of this site is difficult to navigate with assistive technology, slow to load, or confusing when read aloud by a screen reader, we want to know about it so we can look into fixing it.
Reporting an Issue
If you run into an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, please reach out and describe what happened, including the page you were on and the device or software you were using. You can contact us by phone at (979) 418-6099 or by email at touchofclasscc@yahoo.com. We’ll do our best to acknowledge your message and look into the issue within a reasonable window, and where a fix is something we can make, we’ll work to get it corrected.
Alternative Ways to Reach Us
If a form or page on this site isn’t working for you, you don’t need to wait on a web fix to get help. Call us directly at (979) 418-6099 and we can take down the details of your water, fire, mold, or biohazard concern over the phone and get the scheduling process started that way instead.
Ongoing Review
As we add pages or update existing ones, we try to check that new content holds up to the same accessibility standard rather than treating this as something we set once and forget. If you notice that a newer page falls short of what you’d expect based on the rest of the site, that feedback is genuinely useful to us, so please don’t hesitate to send it along using the contact information above.
